By joining Eola Hills Wine Clubs, you can bring home the spirit and flavors of Oregon Wine - no matter where you live.

Member Benefits:

4-Bottle allocation three (3) times per year in Spring, Fall, and Winter.
Brix Club (Red Wine) Members will receive access to New Releases, Reserve Red wines, and everyday favorites in each allocation.
Ability to customize your allocation and choose which red wines to receive.
15% discount on wine purchases.
25% discount on bottles opened to enjoy at either of our tasting rooms.
Up to two complimentary tastings or glasses, one per person per visit at either of our two locations.
$15 Flat-Rate shipping to (OR, WA, ID, CA) on club allocations.
$30 Flat-Rate shipping to all others states on club allocations.
Average allocation price: up to $180.

How It Works:

No fee to join
Select Your Club from Membership Options in Drop-Down Menu.
3-Shipment Commitment.
Each Spring, Fall, and Winter, you will be billed the cost of the wine chosen in your Allocation with a 15% member discount, plus shipping, handling and tax (only if applicable).

Customizations:

Customizations on club allocations are welcomed in all Brix and Cellar club levels. Members will be given a customization window to make substitutions or add-ons through your Eola Hills Winery Club Account. No substitutions will be permitted after the wine club allocation has been processed. The given allocation price is subject to increase with substitutions or add-ons.

Shipping Details:

All club levels will receive multiple shipments a year (2-3 allocations as defined by whichever club level you join) during months that allow for optimal shipping conditions. Members may also pick up their wines at our heritage winery in Rickreall, OR. Members who choose to pick up their wine at Eola Hills Wine Cellars will be given 30 days from the day of release to pick up their wine. If your wine is not picked up within the designated window, our team will return your wine to inventory and issue a credit to your account to be used on future wine purchases. Future club allocations are not credit eligible.

Cancellation Details:

By signing up for an Eola Hills Wine Cellar’s membership, you are committing to one (1) year of membership. Cancellation before you meet the minimum number of allocations in your club will result in a $50 early cancellation fee. A current credit card must be on-file to receive ALL MEMBER BENEFITS. Cancellations may be received via phone or email, but must be done at least two weeks prior to club allocation releases.
