By joining Eola Hills Wine Clubs, you can bring home the spirit and flavors of Oregon Wine - no matter where you live.

Member Benefits:

• 6-Bottle allocation two (2) times per year in Spring and Fall. 
• One Elevated Tasting for up to eight (8) people per year. (Benefit is activated after one (1) allocation has been processed. Must be scheduled in advance with Director of Guest Experiences).
• Allocations personally selected by longtime winemaker, Steve Anderson, to include a variety of reserve wines.
• First access to club-exclusive wines.
• 20% discount on wine purchases.
• 30% discount on bottles opened to enjoy at either of our tasting rooms.
• $15 Flat-Rate shipping (+ handling fees if applicable) on club allocations.
• 50% discount on Ground shipping for additional orders.
• Average allocation price: $210 - $280.

How It Works:

• No fee to join.
• Select Your Club from Membership Options in Drop-Down Menu.
• 2-Shipment Commitment.
• Each Spring and Fall, you will be billed the cost of the wine in your allocation with a 20% member discount, plus $15 Flat-Rate shipping, handling and tax (only if applicable).

* Complimentary elevated tasting benefit is activated after (1) allocation has been processed. We recommend scheduling elevated tastings at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability. If scheduling elevated tastings less than 30 days in advance, please contact the Hospitality Team, we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

Shipping Details

All club levels will receive multiple shipments a year (2-3 allocations as defined by whichever club level you join) during months that allow for optimal shipping conditions. Members may also pick up their wines at our heritage winery in Rickreall, OR. Members who choose to pick up their wine at Eola Hills Wine Cellars will be given 60 days from the day of release to pick up their wine. If our team has not heard from you without prior written communication, we will ship your wine to your billing address on file at your expense after the 60-day period. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Shipments are made by FedEx and require a signature by someone at least 21 years of age.

Cancellation Details

By signing up for an Eola Hills Wine Cellar’s membership, you are committing to one  (1) year of membership. Cancellation before you meet the minimum number of allocations in your club will result in a $50 early cancellation fee. A current credit card must be on-file to receive ALL MEMBER BENEFITS. Cancellations may be received via phone or email, but must be done at least two weeks prior to club allocation releases.
