Customizations:
Customizations on club allocations are welcomed in all Brix and Cellar club levels. Members will be given a customization window to make substitutions or add-ons through your Eola Hills Winery Club Account. No substitutions will be permitted after the wine club allocation has been processed. The given allocation price is subject to increase with substitutions or add-ons.
Shipping Details:
All club levels will receive multiple shipments a year (2-3 allocations as defined by whichever club level you join) during months that allow for optimal shipping conditions. Members may also pick up their wines at our heritage winery in Rickreall, OR. Members who choose to pick up their wine at Eola Hills Wine Cellars will be given 30 days from the day of release to pick up their wine. If your wine is not picked up within the designated window, our team will return your wine to inventory and issue a credit to your account to be used on future wine purchases. Future club allocations are not credit eligible.
Cancellation Details:
By signing up for an Eola Hills Wine Cellar’s membership, you are committing to one (1) year of membership. Cancellation before you meet the minimum number of allocations in your club will result in a $50 early cancellation fee. A current credit card must be on-file to receive ALL MEMBER BENEFITS. Cancellations may be received via phone or email, but must be done at least two weeks prior to club allocation releases.
