How It Works:
* Complimentary elevated tasting benefit is activated after (1) allocation has been processed. We recommend scheduling elevated tastings at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability. If scheduling elevated tastings less than 30 days in advance, please contact the Hospitality Team, we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
Shipping Details
All club levels will receive multiple shipments a year (2-3 allocations as defined by whichever club level you join) during months that allow for optimal shipping conditions. Members may also pick up their wines at our heritage winery in Rickreall, OR. Members who choose to pick up their wine at Eola Hills Wine Cellars will be given 14 days from the day of release to pick up their wine. If arrangements have not been made to pick up at an agreed upon later date, wines will be returned to inventory and a wine credit will be added to your account. We do not guarantee selected wines to be in stock. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Shipments are made by FedEx and require a signature by someone at least 21 years of age.
Cancellation Details
By signing up for an Eola Hills Wine Cellar’s membership, you are committing to one (1) year of membership. Cancellation before you meet the minimum number of allocations in your club will result in a $50 early cancellation fee. A current credit card must be on-file to receive ALL MEMBER BENEFITS. Cancellations may be received via phone or email, but must be done at least 30 days prior to club allocation releases.
