Vintage dated and made in the classic Champagne method, our tasty brut is a delicate shade of copper-hued rose. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir Wadenswil from the Fossil Block of our Legacy Estate Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, this bubbly is brilliant - red cherry and strawberry forward while sharper notes of grapefruit and rhubarb provide scintillating depth of flavor.

Pair this with a brunch date centered around rich foods like creamy poached egg with thick-cut bacon or prosciutto wrapped melon with fresh fruit and danishes. It's never fully brunch without bubbles!
