Pressed from ripe Oregon raspberries, our Raspberry Vin D'été is made to taste just like fresh raspberries. During the fermentation process, spirits are added to stop the fermentation much like the process of making Port. This results in a port-style wine that is simply the essence of raspberries. The perfume explodes, the initial flavor is powerful, and the finish is incredible. Take one smell and you will be enticed to sip on this all night long!
